For FCSO incident reports, visit the Records Division on the second floor of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Administration Building. The public window is open Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office asks for a written request, valid North Carolina identification, and the initiating report number. Requests submitted after 4:00 p.m. are processed the next business day.

An arrest report belongs with the agency that initiated it. Winston-Salem Police and Kernersville Police maintain separate records channels. Clemmons contracts law-enforcement services through FCSO.
